"Worst experience i ever had moving. A nightmare from beginning to end. From small things like not having packing tape to pack the boxes with to telling me to expect my furniture in 1 - 2 weeks and then taking 3 weeks. Salesman told me they had done many moves accross the French border but when they ran into trouble at the French border due to not having all the correct paperwork i was told by the driver that actually they have never run a full load across the border control, only empty loads. I ended up having to pay a couple of hundred pounds to border control in penalties to get my goods. Speaking to the management is a waste of time as all i got was a sarcastic reply and the phone thrown down in my ear. I have reported them to the British Association of Removals as i dont feel they should carry this badge of honour. "
